This course provides a brief introduction to the discipline of Digital Humanities, with a focus on text and data modeling. If you are taking this course in preparation for our Master in Digital Humanities, you will need to do the following: Watch all eleven video lectures in this course, revise all the corresponding exercises, and present your results in a post for each lesson in the forum. Each lesson consists of a lecture video and an exercise. You can also post questions in the FAQ section of the forum. These questions will be answered on a quarterly basis. Once you have completed all of the lessons, please send an email to Professor Martin Langner. Your results will be reviewed. You will then receive an appintment for a written exam.
